We just got back last night from a nice and relaxing weekend in Stockholm. We drove up on Friday afternoon to visit our friends Dave, Anja and Madison. We got up late in the evening after being lost for a while in the big city...
On Saturday we all went downtown and explored parts of Stockholm. We were really lucky with the weather, it was a beautiful autumn day. We walked around and then popped in here and there for a cup of hot chocolate or a latte. In the evening Dave and Anja cooked us an awesome seafood dinner that we enjoyed at their house.
Sunday it was time to go back home again. It was a quick get-a-way, but it was really nice!! Alicia is a really good traveler. She sleeps most of the time, but when she is a wake she just looks around and talks. She didn't cry one single time on the way up or back and the trip took about 14 hours together!!

Hi Ross, Linda, Alicia & Baby,
The family looks terrific. I can't believe what a good girl Alicia is in the car. 14 hours is a long way, especially for a weekend trip, but you guys look like you made the most of it! I wish we were having some beautiful autumn weather too, but it is cold and damp here. What is Alicia going to be for Halloween?

We tried to call a couple of times over the weekend with no answer. Glad you were out and about! The pictures really show how big Miss Alicia is getting!!! We can't wait to see her in February. Linda, you look wonderful. And Ross, you do too!
What new things is Alicia trying to do? What is her typical day at school? Linda, when do you go on maternity leave? How is your dear grandmother?
