January 29th 2011 - Feeling a little better!!
I don't want to say to much but I think we have reached the turning point. Alicia has been feeling better today.
This morning the doctors turned down the oxygen from 3 to 1 l/min. It's a third of what she has had the last couple of days and she has been doing fine with that.
After a couple of days without food Alicia had two bottles of välling today. It's not much but it is a step in the right direction and a sign of recovering.
The picture is from earlier today when Alicia was awake for a long time. I was playing some songs for her and she was holding on to some new beads that grandma Carina gave her the other day. She seemed to enjoy it!
This afternoon she was tired again. She slept a lot and as we know from before it's the best way for her to recover. She was calm and relaxed and looked like a little angel ♥
We are holding our thumbs that she will wake up tomorrow and feel even better!!
♥ ♥ ♥ Sweet Alicia listening to some songs this morning. It was great to se her beautiful eyes. Feels like we havn't seen to much of those lately... ♥ ♥ ♥

Lookng Much Better!

WOW what a difference from yesterday. Alicia looks very good in this picture. You sure can tell she has had a lot of special care from not only the doctors and nurses but also from Mommy and Daddy! I'm sure the beads and music make her happy also. Today I was at a Women's Luncheon and asked for prayer for Alicia. Rebecca Lewis prayed for Alicia and for Ross, Linda and Damien. It was such a beautiful prayer that I know God heard it and smiled.
Thank you Linda for keeping us up to date with Alicia's progress. This blog is our lifeline.
Love,
Mom L
Keep getting Better

Hej Little Princess,
Daddy misses you! I am glad to hear that you are starting to feel better. It has been a rough month and a half for you. We are looking forward to having you singing, sitting, swimming and laughing again soon.
Mommy, Damien and I are also looking forward to having you home. When you get back do we have to stop running around all day in our pajamas?
Love you girls,
Ross
