We have had a great Thanksgiving weekend. On Thursday we had some friends over at our place. Maria and I cooked all day and we had a great dinner. Damien loved the food but Alicia was not to interested. She has had a little cold and has not been too excited about food.... She feels a lot better now though and is eating her food again!

Friday we went to Veberöd and celebrated another Thanksgiving with some other friends. It was a really successful dinner and we ended the night with playing Wii. It was a good laugh!!
Today is the first day of advent. Last night we put up all the stars in the windows and we even put up the Christmas tree. We wanted to be able to enjoy it for a little bit and we leave for the States in just 2 weeks and 6 days!! It looks really cozy in our apartment and slowly the Christmas feeling is coming to us!
The snow has been falling for a couple of days and everything is white outside. It is probably about 20 cm deep which is a lot for this part of Sweden. Damien got introduced to the snow for the first time. I think I was way more excited than he was. He just cried and wanted to go inside again....

From the looks of the pictures, you all had a great time on Thanksgiving and with the snow! We are having a little cold snap here but it was nice during the day today, around 50 degrees but it is cold tonight. I actually brought my coat to church although I didn't have to wear it once I got there.
We were so happy to hear about Maria and Matt! Friends make great couples! We wish them the best!
