February 9th was the most exciting day in our lives. Our precious baby girl, Alicia Taylor, was born. We feel so happy and blessed to be her parents and she is filling our lives with joy!
This past year has been a roller coaster with joy and worries. We have spent a lot of time in and out from the hospital with our little Alicia. There has been times were we have struggled and times when we just wanted to give up...
Luckily we didn't.... Alicia is an inspiration for us. She is the strongest, most stubborn little girl I know. She never gives up!! She has had many setbacks, but she doesn't care. She keeps on fighting, and she does it with a big smile on her face! She has a wonderful attitude towards life and I don't know anybody that laughs as much as Alicia!!
Alicia has helped me to believe in willpower. If you just believe and set your mind you can come so much further then you think...
We love our little Alicia and year 2008 has been our best year out of many!!!

We like to read Alicias website and the comments from all of you. It feels like we come closer to each other.
When we read about your feelings and love to Alicia we smile and crying at the same time.
Even if we talk and meet you Linda o Ross a lot, it is not the same to read about it - and sometimes I think it is easier for you to write down your feelings.

I really loved your 2008 letter and the wisdom and love that came through. The saying at the end of the letter is so true and uplifting. It makes me think of several other sayings, "Inch by inch, life's a cinch. By the yard, it is hard!" How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. That is how you are approaching life and you need to be commended. God gave us the precious present and that's where he expects us to live. The possible can be done right now, the impossible takes a little longer. We love you.

Linda, what a wonderful testament of fortitude and love! You 3 have been through a lot but you remain calm, steady and upbeat. I am sure it hasn't been a walk in the park for you all but you have grown so much closer and wiser. Alicia doesn't stop proving everyone wrong! She is one determined young lady!
I am anxious to get to Sweden to play with Alicia! Everytime I see her on skype or on this blog she has grown stronger and prettier!
