Alicia is going to be a big sister around Christmas time. She is going to have a little baby brother!! We are very excited for the baby's arrival and all the adventures the four of us have ahead of us.
This is "baby brother" on the ultrasound July 23rd ( week 20 )
Alicia loves having kids around her. She loves hearing them play around her and she loves when they are playing with her. She is not as fragile as we sometimes think, she loves when the kids are playing rough with her.
We think that Alicia will love having a brother to play with. All therapists that I have talked to have said that no training can give Alicia what a sibling can. Kids look at each other and have their own language. I think and hope that it will be instrumental for Alicia's development and also that some focus will come off of her problems. We just want Alicia to be seen as the wonderful girl she is!!

I was about to show one of my workmates the pictures of Alicia you put up last week when up popped this wonderful sonagram picture! The whole office gathered round to ooh and aah over our grandson! Can't believe he will be here in 4 months! We agree that he will be great for Alicia and she will be great for him! I am already thinking about the consignment sale and all of the new baby boy clothing with new tags on them! That sale comes late September so you know I am saving now for the big shopping spree! It will probably cost more to mail the things then to buy...ha ha ha!
