Last few weeks

It was a long time since I updated.. Sometimes it's hard to have time to keep the blog up to date. Last time I wrote we were sick and that was some tuff weeks... From the first person got sick until the last person got well it took almost 3 weeks...

In this blog I will do a little update with pictures.

Boys had a movie night.

Ross and I went to Copenhagen on a overnight stay. A birthday present from my parents: Hotel night and babysitting. It was a well needed get a way and we had a lot of fun.

Took the boys to one of the great playgrounds in Malmö, the Africa playground:

Alicia received a owl at her last doctors appointment on Friday. A mom had started a project were people donate owls that get handed out to kids with neurological conditions.

March 26 - international epilepsy day. Dress in purple to support!

Sent Ross and the boys off to the US on Saturday. Two weeks without my sweet boys...

Yesterday I went to Alicia's swim class. She has really improved her swimming techniques. 

Sportlov

This week is sportlov. One week off school. We had a bunch of fun stuff planned for the kids - going to the movies, go out to eat, play dates, trip to the woods with friends and so on. Sounds fun.. We didn't get to do one single thing of these things. We got the flu instead, or the stomach flu. Damien got sick on Saturday night and Alicia on Sunday. Yesterday we thought that we were finally doing well again and we were looking forward to a fun and social weekend. That didn't last for long, last night Liam got really sick, a super high fever and the stomach flu as well. Looks like we are staying in for the weekend :(

God that we have 3 months of fun in our near future to look forward to! 

Birthday girl

Today we are celebrating our little girl turning 7 years old. I can't believe how fast the years are passing by and Alicia is now a school girl.

Alicia is the braves, strongest and the most amazing person I know. I admire her so much and her attitude towards life is wonderful.

So, Happy birthday to our wonderful, sweet and amazing daughter!

Last weekend

Last Saturday we had a fun get together with Cissi, Leo, Felix and Vilda. We made sushi together and had a great evening!

On Sunday Damien, Alicia, Mormor and I went to a dance performance that was for kids with special needs. Instead of sitting and watching the show we were in the show.. They danced around us, we got to feel different materials and used all our sences. We danced and had fun. First I didn't think Alicia would get anything out of it but she had a big smile on her face and even laught out loud!

Monday morning, the day after Super Bowl, the boys and I gave daddy a couple of hours to sleep in. We dropped Alicia of at school and then we made a trip down to the museum. On Damien's request.. :)
