On Wednesday Alicia had her last horse riding session for this term. She has done really big improvements and the difference from the first to the last time is really big. Her sitting skills on the horse - Viking - has been getting better and better. In the beginning she would sit for a few minutes and then have to rest, then sit for a few minutes and then rest and most of the time we would have to cut the 30 minute session short. In the end she's been sitting up on the horse with a straight back during most of the lesson and just needed a few short rests.
We are really hopping for her to to go back after the summer!
I can see the improvement from the first time she sat on a horse! She is really growing stronger. I am so happy she participates in so many activities. It all helps her understand the world around her. Mom L.
